On My Radar – June Edition

Hello friends! Welcome to this month’s On My Radar, where I share everything that’s been fueling my soul lately — from playlists and podcasts to binge-worthy shows and more.
June has been… a rollercoaster. But thank God for music, good stories, and little things that keep us sane 🌿

    Playlists I’ve Been Vibing To

Let’s start with the music, because honestly — it’s been the background to everything this month.

    Unwind
This is my very own curated Panashe-coded playlist — a vibe for when I need to feel grounded, soft, and sane. Whether you’re journaling, deep in thought, or just chilling, this one hits.
    Listen to Unwind

    Seeking the Frequency
A friend made this for me, and let me tell you — it’s perfect for when your energy is low and you need to shake it off. It’s fun, freeing, and full of little dopamine bursts.

Sondae Mix – My Gospel Escape
If you know me, you know I love Sondae. His music has been carrying me through the chaos this month. I created a mix of my favorite tracks from him, along with a few other gospel artists that I love. Pure healing and worship.
    Listen to Sondae Mix

Top artists this month: Sondae & Kaytranada. No skips. No notes. Just vibes.

    Podcasts I’m Plugged Into

I’m still exploring the podcast world, but one that I keep coming back to is:

Psychology of Your 20s – Jemma Sbeg
Jemma gets it. Her episode on My Toxic Relationship with Productivity was a game-changer. She dives into why we feel guilty when we’re resting — and how to break out of that mindset.
    Other faves:

    • Falling in Love with Your Own Company

    • Best Dating Advice for Your 20s
Highly recommend if you love real talk, self-reflection, and learning how to navigate life without losing your mind.
      👉 Listen on Spotify

Also trying out: The Diary of a CEO by Steven Bartlett. Jury’s still out, but I’ll report back next month 😉

Movies & Shows I Actually Had Time to Watch

(Cries in code but still finds time for one or two episodes.)

    Lifelist
An incredibly heartwarming movie — a must-watch for every young woman figuring life out. It hit deep in all the best ways.

    The White Lotus
Finally caved after everyone told me to watch it — and wow. I want the vacation, not the chaos or crime, please and thanks.

    Doodsondes (Turkish Drama)
Yes, I’ve entered my Turkish series era. And if you know, you know. The drama? Elite. The tension? Perfectly chaotic. Turkish shows really do something to the soul.

    Switching Genres – Hello, Self-Help

I’ve taken a tiny break from romance books (shocking, I know).
I’m now venturing into self-help, and honestly, it’s been refreshing to read something that challenges my thinking instead of my emotions.

    Right now I’m reading:
Habit Hacks: Building Positive Routines and Breaking Negativity by David Lewis — a literal brain reset.
More on this in a dedicated post soon!

    Closing Arguments

This month reminded me that inspiration doesn’t have to be loud or life-changing. Sometimes, it’s a playlist shared by a friend, a line from a podcast, or a quiet scene in a movie that makes you feel seen.

“You don’t always need a plan. Sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go… and see what happens.”

If you loved this post, leave a like and let me know what’s been on your radar this month!
